Home grown right here in Portland, Josh has an extensive and well rounded back ground in the restaurant business. Josh attended the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon where he completed a twelve month ACF accredited, Le Cordon Blue Culinary Arts program that included:
- A la carte Fine Dining Nutrition
- Garde Manager Wine Studies
- International Cuisine Soups, Stock, and Sauces
- Management Baking, and Pastries
- Store Room Procedure Purchasing and Cost Control
- Menu and Recipe Planning Dining
Josh completed his Associates of Occupational Studies in 2003 – Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts.
